Before production begins, Ansocks may provide digital mockups or design previews for customer review and approval.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, modifications may not be possible or may require additional costs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ansocks respects intellectual property rights and expects customers to do the same.

Customers must only submit designs, logos, artwork, and trademarks that they have permission to use.

By submitting artwork to Ansocks, customers confirm that:

  • They own the rights to the submitted materials; or
  • They have obtained proper authorization from the rights owner.

Ansocks reserves the right to refuse production of designs that contain:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Trademark violations
  • Illegal content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Offensive or inappropriate materials

Ansocks is not responsible for disputes related to customer-provided artwork.

4. Payment Policy

Ansocks accepts secure online payments through available payment methods provided during checkout.

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon for approved business accounts.

For large wholesale orders, additional payment arrangements may be discussed.

All payment information is processed through secure payment systems.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials, labor, and manufacturing processes have already been committed.

Rush or urgent production orders may have limited cancellation options.

Please contact Ansocks as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ansocks provides website information and services on an “as available” basis.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate product information and reliable service, Ansocks does not guarantee that:

  • Delivery times will never be affected by external circumstances
